This unique class offers a combination of Yoga and Janet's inspirational Active Birth classes. The internal focus and emphasis on grounding are ideal preparation for labour and birth. The weekly repetition forms a kind of 'self hypnosis in action' that is very powerful. As Janet is a certified HypnoBirthing® practitioner these classes are also compatible with HypnoBirthing® techniques. Janet's wisdom, warmth and experience are woven into the class to provide a truly inspiring experience. You will learn how to connect with the elemental forces of nature and the instinctual 'know how' that is inside you. Along the way, Janet's positive visualisations, affirmations and suggestions are absorbed at a cellular level and will remain in your consciousness for birth and beyond. As the weeks go by, you will discover the confidence to trust your power through the journey of birth into motherhood.You will learn that birth can be a wonderful, joyful even ecstatic experience. As your body releases tension, your heart will open in readiness to welcome and love your baby. At the end of each class you will go home relaxed, invigorated and optimistic, with more space in your body and your life for your baby and your pregnancy. Anxiety, exhaustion and fear will be replaced by ease and energy.You will feel a growing inner connection with your baby. Especially in these challenging times, this class will help you to stay connected to inner calm and stillness and the universal forces that bring stability, safety and peace into our lives. How Active Birth with Yoga Works Janet is the pioneer of yoga for pregnancy. For 30 years she has inspired and trained teachers all over the world. In these classes, held once a week, you have the opportunity to work ongoingly with her throughout your pregnancy. This class is suited to all - from 16 weeks up until your due date, whether you have done yoga before or not. They are booked and paid for in blocks of four and renewed up until your due date. Please note: There is a one off £10 registration fee payable on booking.(No charge if booked online) |
